Penitence

To suffer for no reason does not have meaning neither transcendence . And to try to find reasons to suffer for an altruistic cause , is not just and balanced .

Nevertheless , if we have to face sacrifice in our lives , because of Love and the mystery of His presence , this situation would be different .

Who is the one who has not experienced suffering ?

Only the one who has not lived . But if we enter the field of spirituality , we are going to find a chapter , which is worthy to notice and this is the study and analysis of the misunderstood penitence .

This is a must for the young minds who want to begin the spiritual practice .

Penitence is an action , situation , in which , we consciously face suffering , pain , agony and sometimes , death .

We must understand that penitence is not something easy and common . It is not an experiment , neither is to experience pain for no reason . It is the confrontation with darkness, which does not have a tiny piece of light , that we go through while in our search for a superior light .

Penitent is the one who finds the cause , origin and expression of evil . And from that instant , an inner fight is started which brings conflict .

The major change that can happen in the heart , soul and spirit starts to be manifested until becoming an eminent presence .

From that moment , we analyze , think and humiliate in front of God , recognizing our errors .

The penitence begins during this process , when we evaluate our conduct and we try to change and be renovated .
