 This means to live not only to have a good time, but to build something that death or disease can't easily snatch. Thought is creative, but does not create, since the mind is not God, but is capable of self attracting good or bad things. Cultivating Love, good, forgiveness, devotion and service, are not only qualities of those who meditate in remote mountains, but primordial, essential elements in the  lives of men.  The right thought will take us to a healthy life, and we will attract to us and to others, what we essentially feel and live in the intimacy of our thoughts.  Episodes of lack of love and terrible fears, may appear at times, but a mind and consciousness strengthened in Peace and Love, will overcome the darkest times. And when death  arrives, that spiritual consciousness will keep on living because the Love of God is alive in the one who loves Love. And this is real good health.
