How to Have a Positive Mind

Positive is everything that edifies or constructs and is part of a sustainable and lasting good. The mind is able to sustain, maintain and produce positive energy when the heart has something like a flame, where  wisdom prevails.  Without this presence, even the light of the day would be darkness.  For that reason, joy must always be present in the heart.
