Conquering Fear

This, is a country very far away of all. It has a town with people who feel chosen and they are called, " Virtuous." By day, the fields and the prairies are wonderful, the faces are glad and there is always a smile in their lips.

This is, what a simple-hearted man was writing about the good attributes of the town, and who because of this, forgot his train and had to spend the night in that town. He then, went to the closest shelter. And when he arrived, he was told: 

 "Sir, you are not from this place, aren't you? Then please close your windows at night." And thanking, he retired to his room, thinking: " These people, are so kind, they don't know me and they care for me, as my own relatives." But the night was warm, and in front of the window, there was the brightness of an exquisite moon and he thought to himself : "Today, I will contemplate this wonderful night".

But, he was surprised and astonished, when he started listening to  frightful shouts, that were coming from everywhere. He hurried out of his room, thinking that someone needed help. But when he arrived to the reception, he could not find anyone.

And the shouts were more intense and seemed to come from the place where he was, and every time they were louder. That man didn't know what was going on and he ran outside, and he was very surprised when he found that those shouts of horror were coming from everywhere.

Then, he ran and ran, until he was in the fields, that he had contemplated that same afternoon. And his surprise was more cruel when he heard that the shouts were also coming from the fields. He felt most distressed and tired of so much running, and sat, trying to understand what was happening, trying to listen to what the shouts were saying. And he heard very clearly...continued>
