If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can take advantage of our 30 day Return Policy and 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We'd be happy to offer you a free replacement or refund. 

With  a prior authorization and within 30 days of delivery of a shipment, you may return any item you purchased from the website of 
Mystic Healing Art / Art and Movement
 for any reason, for a free replacement or a full refund (we will also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error). 

  Return Instructions:
You must e-mail us at 
yourhealingart@aol.com 
with the following details in order for us to authorize a return: 

  1. Order #, First & Last Name 
2. Item #(s) you want to return 
3. Specify reason for return: damaged, received incorrect item or size, received duplicate item, quality of item not as expected, etc. 
4. Specify what action you would like us to take for you: Free Replacement or Refund? 
5. Wait for our Customer Service team to e-mail you with your Return Authorization & Instructions. 

  If you request a replacement, rest assured, we will reship it to you at no additional cost–we will take care of the shipping charges as well. 

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 business days of our receiving your return. 
If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.
