EL CAMINO ESPIRITUAL. CONSOLANDO A UN AMIGO


P: Quiero avanzar en el camino espiritual. Cuanto tiempo debo dedicar a la meditacion?
R: El camino espiritual es la forma de vida, no es el tiempo que se dedica a una practica especifica. La meditacion no esta supuesta a dar resultados por un tiempo especifico, sino mas bien por la profundidad de la meditacion, entonces, el progreso espiritual no se mide por medio del tiempo dedicado a la meditation.

P: Como darle consuelo a un amigo que experimenta una gran perdida y sufrimiento en su vida?
R: Consolar es ayudar a la persona a reconocer la realidad, asi como tambien ayudar a la persona a comenzar de nuevo y a tener fe. Todo esto a traves de solidaridad y una conducta consoladora pero no instilar una superioridad falsa.
Es importante comprender que el proceso de afliccion toma tiempo  y tambien hay que apreciar todo lo que fue constructivo porque las experiencias y enseñanzas aprendidas en el camino, permanecen, ya que el bien, verdaderamente, no muere.
