In practice, spirituality is the same than life , although there are moments or times of more reflection, the present is the true path. 

To seek the spirituality beyond our immediate reality, is to create a fantasy and to confuse the experience with only a supposition. 

To make great plans and to be projected, for example, beyond this life, should be seen as referential aspects only, but they are not the goal. Therefore, it is necessary to understand that nothing surpass the present moment.
