SPIRITUAL SCIENCE

Reality starts in the conscience. If we understand our
thoughts, then, we will be able to understand  our
environment, and we will also relate to it, in such a
way that we will be able to have a flowing interaction,
where harmony, movement, improvement  and balance may exist.

All this seems very simple, however, it is extremely
difficult, since traditionally, we are used to have
information that takes away the identity  of our
conscience, and we end up by being manipulated
by the point of view of others, or what they say
about us.

Then, man is enslaved by criterion, judgments,
opinions and even philosophies and doctrines  that
are not his experiences but a completely false  and
erroneous culture.

It is for this reason that meditation is extremely
important and crucial, since it allows us  to
recognize the influences that subdue our mind and
our reason in many ways, enslaving and preventing us
from knowing our real identity and happiness.

Let's do an exercise now by reflecting about these questions:

How many of the thoughts  that are in our head are
really ours?

Are they really our conclusions?

Or are they imposed fears or false gods?

Happiness can be closer than we believe. However,
if we don't learn the art of being free, by looking
at the present, then, we will simply be reflecting
the ignorance of others.

The spiritual path is  essentially practical, full
of wisdom and depth, but all this begins  when we
are able to be ourselves.
