La
alegría es una experiencia absolutamente espiritual, y es una clara y
definida combinación de armonía, paz y entusiasmo, que se encuentra a
los pies de la oración.
Ahora
bien, la alegría tiene diferentes niveles de profundidad, la forma más
rápida de acercarse a ella es a través de la gratitud espiritual, es
decir alegría es también el contentamiento de sentir lo que siento
cuando mi corazón agradece, porque tiene confianza y seguridad y se
siente fortalecida en el amor que contempla, en el amor que recibe y en
el amor que da.
