Man is an eternal seeker of the mysteries of the universe and has tried to discover, to know what sometimes is above his conventional senses and has called this, paranormal. Man, has even developed sciences and alternative methods, to deny, to reject, what he often, can't understand. But his restlessness, has taken him to investigate and we find in Science, a strange relationship of love and hate in the Extraterrestrial subject.
There are tons of information of every type, which go from the sublime to the ridicule, from credible to incredible, from reliable to unreliable but this is human nature. We can relate innumerable personal experiences but I will only say, that I know and understand that life is a perception, often personal and we can only believe when we intensely live a determined experience, that exceeds the senses, reason and conscience.  But which will always be there as inevitable memory, not necessarily desirable but as an absolutely and  real event.  If I have seen a mountain and a lake, it means that I saw the mountain and the lake, I did not think that I saw them, I did not imagine, I did not dream about them. Clearly and absolutely, I saw them.  
 I certainly know of very reliable persons, who have had spontaneous paranormal experiences some time in their lives. But , what is paranormal ?
 Paranormal is not only something inexplicable because otherwise, it would simply be a redundant inexplicable event.  For this reason, there is so much uncertainty and confusion. To try to explain, what is inexplicable is as absurd as paranormal. But there are events, situations, that to deny them, would be like denying ourselves as persons, consciousness, feelings or our own reality.
Then, we apparently have an inexplicable subject, but I will explain it somewhat.
Man lives in what he calls reality and this is what he feels, understands, knows as his tangible world.
 He lives in time and space, in his memories, thoughts, feelings and he lives from himself and for himself, in his environment and for his environment.
What happens if this same man, moving at incredible, incalculable speed, travels through time and finds himself, maybe in the past or maybe in the future.
 Of course, many will say that this is not possible but pure coincidence or hallucination, madness and lies. 
Many persons, also, tend to resent, to get angry or aggressively doubt. But, how would they react  if this experience would happen to them ? If they could find themselves, by example, floating in a subtle, luminous body  one meter from his physical body and they could go through walls, they could travel to far away places and listen to the thoughts of other persons, without  been seen. Of course, they would say that it was a lucid dream. But if the next day, they could corroborate that what they heard and saw, had happened in every detail, they would say that it was because of watching too much television or because of reading too many esoteric writings or it was an alteration of the neurotransmitters in the brain. Throughout my experiences, I have seen and I have been present in this world and many other worlds and I absolutely know that time and space, thought, form and the universe, are purely a perspective.  
I define paranormal as that which is absolutely normal, when the mind breaks the frontiers of his conceptual ignorance and is able to self opening and realizes that without frontiers, the universe lives in an apparent time and space but in reality, all is an Eternal Present.
This statement will be one more story  for many but others will be able to understand so intensely and in depth, that they will know that they are not strange or peculiar but that they simply have awaken the cosmic eye of the real vision of universal life.
The limits have been placed by man. The universe is lavish  eternal and absolutely paranormal.
