Q: What is the greatest benefit of Meditation ?
 A: Meditation does not have or is not a practice of greater or lesser benefits . Meditation calms the restlessness of the mind and prepares the mind to deepen beyond illusion and selfishness allowing the reflective and intuitive processes that will permit to act in harmony with what is good . And from this ,  Humility will arise , which is essential in the path of spirituality .

Q: How to reach Wisdom ?
 A: Wisdom is not something that can be reached because God is the only one who can give it . We can not reach , God gives and this is true wisdom .
