THE WISDOM OF MADMAN New 18

Some people in the town of the man called Madman were making fun of him.
It was noon and the Madman was saying:
" Light, I want to see the light." While he was closing his eyes completely. And people were saying: " How come that you want to see the light and you close your eyes?" And the Madman, like trying to do the opposite, would cover his eyes with the hands. And almost sobbing was saying: " Light, I want to see the light. Even for an instant I want to see it."
Somebody, threw a pail filled with water at him. Then, the Madman separated his hands and opened his eyes, while persons were shouting:
" Tell us Madman, can you see the light now?"
And the Madman said: " You are blinder than me because I am referring to the light that will not change with time, will not disappear by night and even though it was strongly uprooted, it will always stay. You talk about the light of the day that sooner or later will be a passing thing, but I speak about the law of Love that is eternal and everlasting."
And the people shouted: " You are crazy." And he said: " Yes, it is because of Love."
