Why do deep fears exist ? Fear is a condition established in the whole nature , having as its objective , to alert and to warn of possible extreme situations . And a fear like this , is a very useful element in survival , since if this fear was not there , is very probable that we would do things that in most cases would be detrimental .

Nevertheless , when these fears grow , they can become and transform in monstrous fears , where fear and imagination are disproportional , turning life into a nightmare .

These pathologies are in most cases , internal happenings or situations not solved , that give rise and look for erroneous ways of processes in the mind , where they take an aggressive role , also called , compensatory projections , which join to other deficiencies , urging the imagination to the most extreme levels of phobia and panic .
