Learning is a complete method and an art in itself where we have to place as much attention to what's outside as to what's inside  and to make coincide two opposites in order to establish balance.
There is, in fact a transformation in the learning experience, a conscience revolution, a spiritual transmigration, a rising from a dark well towards the light, not before, of course, facing the rebelliousness of our own selfishness. But there are shortcuts and paths in the learning and one of them is the meditation in the deep solitude and presence of silence.
 It is not to separate the thought from the mind but that the mind may know how to think and that we may know then, how to intercede between silence and  thought, reflection, judgment, discernment, and when we have attained these, then how not to get lost in the vanity of the thought, then, we will find ourselves.
 In this way, the knowledge will arise as spring, as musical harmony that gives with accuracy and mathematical precision, the musical phrase that we should perform and then we will learn in ourselves, not because we are the source of knowledge but because we are called to be keepers, living temples of the knowledge itself, in our lives.
