In the depth of meditation all the senses become appeased and silenced, the sensations disappear and the mind without thought, shines full of consciousness, as light in the darkness but not because it has its own light but because of the spirit that the mind contemplates incessantly.
The grace of eternal life won't be contained in any form or in any specific particular point  but in that unselfish
emptiness. Meditation does not pursue as its goal to abandon the senses or the thoughts but only of not being prey neither captive of them. The one who meditates, truly understands the freedom of the bird who flies and finds in this vision, by example, splendor, wonder and eternal expansion. In this way, the mind firmly contemplative, becomes one with the spirit, who offers the wings of wisdom and compassion allowing the flowing in the eternal space of True Love.
