Meditar es como ver el vuelo libre y espontaneo de un pajaro, posandose de momento en momento sobre las copas de los arboles y luego retomando el vuelo como queriendose de fundirse entre la luz y el cielo. Siempre libre, siempre contento porque la vida es y sera siempre un eterno fluir en la gran armonia universal . Y este es el tesoro que la meditacion nos da.
