Para desarrollar maestria en la meditacion es necesario estar libre de cualquier busqueda e idea pre establecida. Pero no obstante, uno debe siempre hacer su mejor esfuerzo, porque meditar es aprender a fluir a traves de la vision interna y esto es como contemplar el horizonte, el cual siempre es una mirada integral mas que la concentracion en una idea. Por lo tanto, la meditacion es profundizar en el esfuerzo continuo que se compara con un rio que fluye.
La idea es expander la calma, la tranquilidad y con esta paz, entonces la sabiduria y el amor vendran.
